Suzanne Agostino
Artist Statement

My artistic journey began in the early 1970s in the picturesque Mid-Hudson Valley of upstate New York. Surrounded by a landscape rich in color, light, and texture, I developed a deep connection to the natural world—an influence that continues to shape my creative practice to this day.

In 1997, I earned a B.F.A. in Painting, launching a career in the arts that has taken many forms. Over the years, I’ve worked as a Theatrical Scenic Artist, Gallerist, and Museum Manager—each role expanding my artistic perspective and enriching my understanding of visual storytelling and expression.

Today, I am an exhibiting member of several regional arts organizations, including the Rocky Neck Art Colony and the North Shore Arts Association in Gloucester, MA; the Newburyport Art Association in Newburyport, MA; and the New England Experimental Art Group. My work is held in both private and commercial collections.
